Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellations

We offer subscription plans with monthly and annual billing options. Current plans, prices, billing intervals, and included features are listed on our Pricing page and shown again before you complete checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing interval unless you cancel before the next renewal. To cancel, sign in to your account, go to Settings → Billing, and select Manage Subscription and Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges for the current billing period.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase. Refund eligibility may be reduced or unavailable if you have substantially used the service, including by generating or downloading content or consuming credits. AI Content Policy

You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

• Contains pornography, explicit sexual content, or sexually exploitative material.
• Depicts graphic violence or gore, or promotes or instructs real-world violence.
• Promotes hatred, dehumanization, or violence against a person or group based on a protected characteristic.
• Sexualizes, exploits, or depicts the abuse of minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We may report suspected CSAM to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
• Creates, uploads, requests, or distributes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including intimate or sexually explicit images or videos of a person made or altered without that person's consent, whether real or AI-generated.
• Creates or distributes deceptive deepfakes, or impersonates a real person without their consent, including for fraud, harassment, or to mislead others.
• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or uses a person's name or likeness without the rights or permissions required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for the images, text, and other materials you submit to the Service.

Content Moderation and Reporting

We use automated checks on text prompts submitted for image and video generation to detect certain NSFW content. These checks may not identify every policy violation. We do not represent that every upload or generated result is reviewed. We may investigate reports and take action when we identify content or activity that violates this policy.

To report content or activity that may violate this policy, email support@aiimagetovideo.com with a description and, where available, a link or other identifying information. Do not email suspected illegal content itself.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may block a prompt, remove or restrict access to content, limit features, suspend an account, or terminate access to the Service. Where appropriate, we may notify the affected user. You may contact the same email address if you believe enforcement action was taken in error.

Modifications

AiImageToVideo may revise these Terms of Service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
