Ai Image To Video ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://aiimagetovideo.com/ and provides AI tools that create or edit images and videos. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
When you create an account or sign in, we process account information such as your name, email address, account identifier, profile image when provided, and authentication and session records. If you choose Google Sign-In, Google provides the account information needed to authenticate you and create or link your account. We do not receive your Google password.
We use information received through Google Sign-In to authenticate you, maintain your account, and associate your activity with that account. It is not included in the image or video generation requests sent to our AI processing providers. Your email address may also be used for service messages and, where enabled, newsletter messages. You can revoke the app's access from your Google Account settings and unsubscribe from newsletter messages using the instructions in those messages.
When you use an AI feature, we process the images or other media you submit, the prompts and settings you provide, and the resulting images or videos. We also process task identifiers and related records needed to provide the feature and show your creations in your account. Depending on the feature, images may be uploaded to our configured file storage or sent with the generation request.
Visibility depends on the feature, plan, and visibility options presented in the product. Some free-plan generation flows may mark creations as public. Do not submit content that you do not want processed by the selected AI model provider or shown according to the visibility setting for that feature.
If you make a purchase, our payment provider processes your payment details. We receive and store transaction records such as the product or plan, amount, currency, payment status, and provider transaction identifiers. We do not store your full payment card number or security code.
Our service and hosting providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser and device information, request and error records, and usage events. We and analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies to understand site usage and improve the service. Analytics providers are used when enabled for the deployment.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Account information is retained while your account is active. Images, prompts, generated content, and task records are retained as needed to provide the features, maintain your creation history, enforce our terms, and address security or legal needs. We do not currently specify one fixed retention period for all content because retention depends on the feature, storage provider, and applicable requirements. Third-party providers may retain information under their own terms and retention policies.
You can delete your account from Settings → Security → Delete Account. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information or stored content. Some transaction, security, or other records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Account deletion may not immediately remove every file or record held by a service provider.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The service is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can review and address the request.
