How refunds, cancellations, and charge review requests are handled for digital purchases
Last updated: 2026-03-22
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on AiImageToVideo.com. Because our services involve digital content, AI computation, and immediate access to online features, refund eligibility is limited and depends on the type of purchase and how much of the service has already been used.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date.
After this 3-day window, refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law or an exception is approved by our support team.
Refund eligibility may be reduced or removed once a purchase has been used in a meaningful way. This includes, for example:
If a purchase has already been substantially used, we may deny the refund request even if it is submitted within the 3-day window.
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Canceling a subscription stops future billing, but it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the payment and your account activity.
To request a refund, email our support team at support@aiimagetovideo.com and include:
Please submit the request from the email address associated with the account whenever possible so we can process it faster.
Once we receive your request, we will review the order details, usage history, and the reason for the request. If your refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
If you notice an unexpected charge, contact us before opening a chargeback whenever possible. We are usually able to resolve billing issues faster through direct support.
Unauthorized or fraudulent charges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, billing model, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
